Updated: Sep 18, 2022

So you are back from your summer vacations and you get right back into your daily routines. Perhaps you are already starting to plan your next trip...

Given the amount of time and money spent on your last vacation, I'm sure you want to get the most out of your experience!

So before you jump in to plan your next trip, let's take some time to reflect on your last one and go over everything you've gained from this experience!

Ask yourself these questions & write down your answers:

  1. What surprised you the most about your vacation?

  2. What did you enjoy the most about this vacation? If you enjoyed it that much, how could you incorporate such an experience into your regular life?

  3. What aspects of your vacation did you dislike? How could you prevent doing this in the future?

  4. What challenges did you face and overcome?

  5. What did you wish you had done that you didn't have time to do this time?

  6. What aspect(s) of your everyday life do you appreciate more now that you are back? What didn't you miss during your vacation about your daily life?

  7. What was the most interesting thing you learned? How will that help you plan your next vacation?
